Compassionate Senior Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Professional to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support daily activities such as mealtime, social events, and leisure pursuits
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Provide exceptional service to families and the community
- A caring attitude and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
- A reliable and flexible team player with a strong work ethic
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- A willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
