Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide support to our valued clients in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, domestic duties, and daily errands while promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Providing support with daily errands, companionship, and social activities
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the client's health and wellbeing
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months)
