About this role:

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to provide vital mental health support to our elderly clients living in Residential Aged Care Facilities across the Central and Eastern Sydney region.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering individual and group counselling sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.

You will work remotely, travelling to see clients at multiple facilities within the region.

Permanent full-time positions are available, paid SCHADS award, level 5.

Required qualifications include relevant tertiary qualifications, minimum two years' experience with counselling, psychotherapy, or equivalent, current membership to a professional body, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
