We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Service Employees. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents, providing exceptional care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This casual position involves working a range of shifts, including day, afternoon and weekend shifts, at our Killarney Court Facility. We are flexible with start and finish times to accommodate parents with school-aged children. As a Care Service Employee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes;
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment;
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent;
  • Federal Police Check or willingness to obtain one;
  • Current First Aid Certificate;
  • Complete COVID & Flu Vaccination Certificate;
  • Available to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Supplemental Pay Types

  • Overtime pay;
  • Penalty rates.

Education

  • Certificate I - IV (preferred).

Work Authorisation

  • Australia (required).
