Key Account Manager Role

Hamilton-Barnes-Associates seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Closely collaborate with the technical team to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
  • Participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar role within the technology sector with a focus on Networks, Network Security & Wireless.
  • Professional or Managed Services Experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
