Sales Development Role
We are seeking a strategic and driven Business Growth Specialist to service and expand our client portfolio.
You will be responsible for the management of key accounts, development of new business, and fostering customer relationships.
You will channel sales opportunities through customer engagement, ensuring high-quality service is consistently delivered.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in sales and be confident in engaging with business stakeholders.
You will align customer needs with our product offerings, building compelling solutions and delivering long-term value and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound calls, including cold calling, seeking new business and following up on leads and referrals
- Support External Sales Team in customer engagement as directed by the Industrial Sales Manager
- Maintain a productive call cycle
- Leverage digital communications to engage customer segments
- Assist the Industrial Sales Manager in report preparation, CRM data entry, and closing activities
- Identify and escalate client concerns professionally
- Participate in company-provided training when required
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (desired)
- Prior experience in the paint marking and industrial consumable market (desired)
- Knowledge and understanding of market and business development
- Experience in the industrial sector to maintain and build relationships, drive growth, and increase market share
- Ability to leverage existing contacts to strengthen partnerships and open doors for new opportunities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse backgrounds
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive workplace culture
