**Job Title:** Maintenance/Fitter Operator
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill a Maintenance/Fitter Operator role. This is a hybrid position that combines the responsibilities of a Fitter and Machine Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and job changes on various machines.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Maintenance fitting role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Toolmaker, or Mechanic.
- Previous experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing facility.
- Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Machine operating experience.
- Commitment to attending and completing all required training.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
