About the Role

The Industrial Equipment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, on time and within client quality standards. The position requires a strong focus on customer needs, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and production targets.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Plan, control, and undertake work to meet client requirements.
  • Work effectively with planning and supervision to fulfill customer needs.
  • Improve output, quality, and delivery performance while achieving maximum efficiencies at the lowest possible cost.
  • Ensure safe work practices are carried out in line with safety guidelines.
  • Assist management in identifying options to meet customer needs.
  • Inspect and interpret specifications to determine method of manufacture and required standards.
  • Maintain a major role in the development and encouragement of continuous improvement programs.
  • Perform routine and planned maintenance for various clients.

Examples of equipment worked on include Ship To Shore (STS) Cranes, Quay Cranes, Automated Stacking Cranes, Straddle Carriers, Shuttle Carriers, and Gantry Cranes.
