Industrial Equipment Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a procurement specialist to manage the acquisition of industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in indirect procurement and be proficient in ERP systems.
The role involves preparing and launching requests for quotation, monitoring procurement project quality, cost, delivery time, and legal project evolution. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are essential, as well as autonomy and initiative.
Responsibilities include vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiation, contract preparation, and follow-up on delegation of authority approval flow. Vendor onboarding is also required until panel validation.
Candidates with experience in commodities and proficiency in SAP and SAP Ariba are advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are necessary for success in this role.
This position plays a critical role in supporting business operations and driving process efficiency through innovative ideas. If you possess strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a willingness to take ownership of projects, we encourage you to apply.
