About the Role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane. As a Claims Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to our Claims Operations team, ensuring the smooth processing of claims and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Claims Operations team, including registration of new claims, processing of expenses and entitlements, and lodging and referring incoming correspondence.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in key business projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance our services.

About You

  • You have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a team player with a strong sense of collaboration and a resilient attitude.
