Job Description

The Strategic Cancer Improvement Lead is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for delivering improved business processes and innovative service models across the Cancer Program. This high-profile position demands a highly functional individual who can lead large-scale improvement and change projects, oversee multiple programs of work, and apply evaluation skills to ensure we deliver exceptional quality care to our patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant healthcare profession, management, or change management field, along with experience working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating with people from different levels and roles. Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills are essential, including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships.

A proven track record in process improvement methodology and demonstrated understanding of Alfred IT systems would be highly advantageous, as well as knowledge and experience in a cancer-related field.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive positive change and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
