About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Day Therapy Administration Team and contribute to delivering patient-centric care.
  • You will develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • You will also provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A relevant certificate or diploma in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework or several years of experience in an administration setting.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with staff and patients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using health care IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
