Job Summary:

This role involves managing a portfolio of clients with disabilities, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include securing referrals for necessary supports and services, developing marketing strategies, fostering collaborative relationships with NDIS providers and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with disabilities, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify and secure referrals for necessary supports and services on an individual basis.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with NDIS providers and participants.
  • Explore new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness in our services.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, NDIS engagement, and sales.
  • Proven success in managing NDIS accounts and establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS framework and relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
