Key Responsibilities
  • Be the frontline for people who need us most – participants, families, referrers.
  • Own the intake process end-to-end: from the first 'hello' to the first day of services.
  • Build trust with clients through real relationships, not transactional ones.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Spot opportunities to grow and strengthen our presence in the community – and capitalize on them.
  • Represent us with empathy, conviction, and honesty.
What You'll Need
  • You've thrived in high-volume, high-pressure environments – and you didn't crumble under pressure.
  • You can build rapport quickly – no scripts or jargon needed.
  • You've done sales, intake, or client-facing roles before and enjoyed it.
  • You excel at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Bonus if you have experience in NDIS or healthcare – but what matters most is your heart and hustle.
  • Most importantly: you genuinely care about making a difference.
