The Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our growing Finance team, partnering with the Operations division to provide visibility, draw insights, and influence change. You will be responsible for utilising data-based insights and modelling to maximise financial outcomes through effective compensation forecasting and labour optimisation.

You will work closely with the Operations division to add value and insight, providing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting expertise. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying opportunities for cost savings and driving collaboration efforts between Sales, Finance, and Operations.

What We Offer

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance-related topic
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • Strong experience in business partnering
  • Pricing experience, including reviewing, analysing, and providing pricing recommendations to drive margin improvement
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen
Travel Percentage: 10%
