**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The **Finance Graduate** ensures our Sales Representatives are paid their bonus & commission each and every month. In order to successfully do this, you will partner and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, from HR, Payroll, Finance & Sales Managers. Using your high attention to detail and appreciation of the process, you will accurately process payments through our bonus & commission structure.

To be successful and effective in this role, you will understand the importance of building strong and meaningful relationships with stakeholders and have the confidence to lean and leverage these relationships to collaborate and get the job done. Specifically, you will:

- Ensure each and every month our sales representatives get paid accurately through your ownership of their Bonus & Commission structure - seems easy but it takes an army.
- Resolve and respond to queries from employees, managers, HRBPs, Payroll and Finance.
- Manage relationships with the benefits providers e.g. Australian and New Zealand Insurances, Superannuation, Novated Lease.
