Card Dispute Resolution Specialist

As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers who have been victims of card fraud or other payment issues. Your commitment to customer service and problem-solving skills will provide them with confidence that we are supportive throughout all phases of their banking journey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and investigating card and transaction dispute cases to achieve the best result for our customers.
- Managing BPay, EFT, NPP, Visa and Mastercard dispute cases with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Assisting Manager and Senior Officer with escalations and administrative duties.
- Maintaining accurate records to meet reporting requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 months experience in customer service or financial services industry.
- Experience in Financial services is preferred but not essential.
- Professional phone manner and keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and competent computer skills with high accuracy.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Comfortable making/taking phone calls for card and payment disputes.
