This role offers the opportunity to work with large corporations and organisations in Victoria, fostering strong relationships and delivering value through effective account management.
You will partner with Melbourne Chamber member organisations to create tailored solutions and develop strategic partnerships that drive results.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Develop key relationships with senior stakeholders
- Create customised account plans to demonstrate the value proposition
- Identify client needs and link them with our products, services, and expertise
- Follow up leads and referrals
- Make strategic introductions for clients
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Expert knowledge of our clients and our offerings
- High-level engagement, networking, presentation, sales, and relationship management skills
- The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key accounts
- A driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach

Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management and/or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
