Marketing Manager Role

This role involves marketing a diverse range of properties, including industrial, commercial, retail, and data centre properties across Australia. The primary objective is to maintain high occupancy rates while representing the business professionally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for nominated portfolios, including campaign management, digital marketing, collateral, advertising, signage, customer proposals and event coordination
  • Track and communicate results of campaigns and leads to property teams and the General Manager, Marketing and Communications, reviewing campaigns continuously to improve effectiveness, lead generation, ROI and presenting ideas for continuous improvement
  • Align with a "digital first" approach, develop property marketing initiatives to align with Australian business and global marketing objectives, including SEM/SEO, digital advertising, videos, case studies, SmartSpace and presentation tools
  • Deliver a high quality and consistent brand and customer experience across the nominated property portfolio
  • Maintain websites as needed to ensure property, customer and agent communications are engaging and relevant
  • Develop productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and conduct regular marketing meetings with property teams, providing updates on marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate and write briefs for in-house design team
  • Manage and build proactive relationships with appointed real estate agents; attend marketing meetings as needed with agents and property teams
  • Build relationships with external suppliers including digital, social, and design agencies

Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Photoshop
  • Proficient in HTML email platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar
  • Proficient in website CMS such as Sitecore or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 5-7 years marketing experience
  • Experience in campaign execution
  • Marketing strategy experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing environment
