Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to drive our property brand's marketing and sales strategies. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and print media, as well as experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and drive marketing and sales strategies
  • Coordinate and prepare marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and out-of-home
  • Prepare marketing briefs and presentations
  • Take ownership of brand and projects, ensuring campaign deadlines are met
  • Conduct market research and reporting on market trends, competitor, customer, and campaign performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid marketing industry experience, including experience in digital and print media
  • Strong financial acumen
  • DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND CRM EXPERTISE
  • An understanding/working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative suite skills (InDesign and Photoshop)
  • An understanding of Google Analytics
