About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Adelaide Mason. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

Assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Government Financial Reporting

Manage all aspects of government financial reporting, including the timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant authorities.

Financial Planning and Forecasting

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure robust internal controls.

Financial Statement Preparation

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Financial Performance Monitoring

Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to management.

Requirements
  1. Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the home care sector.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a relevant professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA).

Skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Leadership

Strong communication and leadership skills.
