About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Finance Director to join our UK&I team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic guidance to our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver financial strategies to drive long-term sustainable revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer-facing teams to ensure effective financial planning and control
  • Manage and optimize the largest spend budget within the UK&I finance team, ensuring maximum ROI on spend
  • Provide key insights to customer teams to drive better understanding of performance drivers, including trends, channel/customer profitability, and external retailer landscape and dynamics
  • Lead the team to prepare for customer discussions, including joint business plan evaluations and customer P&L modeling
  • Deliver toolkits and techniques for efficient and effective analysis, diagnosis, and decision-making within the business
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled finance professionals to deliver best-in-class financial management
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing teams, with previous experience of managing a team of five or larger
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively across the organization
  • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and drive agenda forward
  • Self-confidence and skill to challenge senior leaders while maintaining robust financial control
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen built over a 10-year minimum career
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
