About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Finance Director to join our UK&I team at pladis Foods Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial management and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategies

Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring the delivery of sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Lead the Customer Finance Team

Lead a team of skilled finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial management and analysis.

Build Strong Business Partnerships

Build and maintain strong business partnerships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and profitability.

Provide Financial Insights and Analysis

Provide timely and accurate financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial management and reporting.

Manage Financial Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and strategic priorities.

Ensure Financial Compliance and Governance

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and governance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of financial management and reporting.

Requirements
  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills

Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth and profitability.

Financial Expertise and Acumen

Strong financial expertise and acumen, with experience of developing and executing financial strategies and managing financial planning and budgeting.

Business Partnership and Collaboration

Excellent business partnership and collaboration skills, with experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications and Certifications

Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as ACCA or ACA, and experience of working in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
