The Senior Finance Manager will serve as the key finance interface between the finance team and the business, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve financial objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Qualified CA/CPA or equivalent with 5+ years post-qualified experience
  • Skills/Experience/Knowledge: 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and management
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of finance professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
