Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage campaigns across appeals, newsletters, emergency DM, and mailing with a focus on acquisition, retention, reactivation and upgrades
  • Improve processes, ensure compliance, review editorial standards, report and contribute to strategy, annual plans and budgeting
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate internally with international counterparts and domestic teams

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of fundraising principles and a strong drive to meet targets
  • Excellent understanding of direct mail fundraising or similar programs
  • Proven project and account management experience
  • Experience using data for decision-making and strategy
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
