Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a Relationship Development Specialist to advance our mission by cultivating relationships with corporate, trust, and foundation supporters to achieve fundraising targets and secure partnership support for program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships.
  2. Cultivate new relationships to expand our supporter base.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to align relationship development efforts with organizational goals.
  4. Identify and pursue new opportunities for fundraising and partnership growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in relationship development, preferably in a not-for-profit or fundraising context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
