Job Title

A unique role where you will contribute to growing our Regular Giving program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the Fundraising Team.
  • Participate in strategic planning to optimize performance and growth.
  • Manage tasks, including responding to donor feedback, processing invoices, and team administration.
  • Promote awareness of RG programs through internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Attend industry forums to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or fundraising administration.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Keen interest in up-skilling and growing fundraising knowledge.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms is highly regarded.
