**About You**:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual? Join our exceptional sales team to raise funds for deserving charities by selling raffle tickets over the phone. We are looking for engaging communicators with a proven track record in sales or tele-sales.

**Role Requirements**:

- Sales Experience Required, Warm & Cold call sales experience highly preferred
- KPI Driven
- Minimum 24 hours rostered (3-4 shifts) per week.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Fluent English Speaker
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Resilience, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
- Competent typing & computer skills
- Must reside in Sydney/Be able to travel to our Surry Hills office

**Your Role**:
You will receive comprehensive training and support for cold calling on behalf of respected charities. After your first week, you'll undergo additional training for warm calling. Your responsibilities include:

- Fundraising by building rapport and customizing each pitch to suit the needs of supporters.
- Make supporters feel special and empowered to make a difference by purchasing raffle tickets.
- Build rapport and deliver sales pitches naturally
- Achieve performance KPIs
- Implement feedback coaching and sales development
- Daily Team Briefings
- Regular 1:1 catch-ups
