Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people living with allergic disease, including the risk of anaphylaxis.

Fundraising Role

We are seeking a skilled Development Fundraising professional to join our team. As the Development Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategies that grow income and build stronger connections with supporters.

You will also play a pivotal role in marketing initiatives that raise the organisation's profile and broaden its reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy to grow reach, engagement, and income.
  • Lead fundraising campaigns across acquisition, retention, and donor journeys, including appeals, regular giving, community fundraising, and gifts in wills.
  • Oversee digital marketing and communications, including social media, website, email/SMS marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content and storytelling to build awareness, inspire action, and showcase impact.
  • Provide clear insights and analysis on fundraising and marketing campaign results, digital performance, and supporter engagement.
  • Manage a small team.

  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret data, measure results, and optimise campaigns.
  • A proactive and collaborative leader with an innovative mindset, comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
