Job Overview:

Fundraising Communications Coordinator: This is a crucial role within our organisation, focusing on developing concepts and content for fundraising campaigns, publications, donor communications, grant writing, digital and social media content to generate income and meet the organisation's mission.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to create engaging direct mail and digital elements, develop fundraising appeals, newsletters, yearly reviews, and other communication pieces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing fundraising concepts and content
  • Creating direct mail and digital elements
  • Developing fundraising appeals, newsletters, and other communication pieces
  • Managing social media accounts and website updates
  • Key administration duties include using CRM software to pull queries for appeals and newsletters
  • Adhering to Work, Health & Safety policies and procedures, child protection policies and procedures, participation in individual and group training and personal development

Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software
