EBR is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead the Mandarin speaking operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing with a focus on the financial industry.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for business, encompassing product launch, lead generation, and experiential marketing.
  • Support effective internal and external communications, including public relations, to drive exposure of EBR in the region and key focus industries.
  • Drive global market promotion, leveraging online and offline media resources, such as Facebook and Google.
  • Proactively develop and manage day-to-day tactics and execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create targeted campaigns.
  • Research, recommend, and execute on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Develop compelling content for marketing materials, speaker interviews, case studies, and external newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Media or IT sector.
  • Marketing experience in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proven success in developing customer-focused, multi-year marketing strategies.
