Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Speaking Trade Specialist to work in a highly dynamic and rewarding working environment. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and soliciting orders through client management via telephone.

  • Manage the relationship with the clients and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Solicit orders, price up the order/trade and execute the order via client instructions
  • Work with Sales Support staff for on-boarding process
  • Collaborate with back office staff to resolve potential Compliance, Operation or Credit issues
  • Contribute to sales team efforts by generating, motivating and supporting sales initiatives
  • Create revenue through open trading deals
  • Meet/exceed revenue and new account targets set by supervisor on a monthly basis
  • Analyze ongoing client portfolios for opportunities
  • Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and networking

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales and analytical skills for successful business generation
  • Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data
  • Insight and experience to protect commercial priorities and drive client relationships
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional deportment and persuasion ability
  • Experience in foreign exchange services
  • Strong mathematical skills

Authority: Must be RG 146 certified or willing to undertake studies.
