About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our FX/CFD Sales team in Sydney CBD.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Lead the team to coordinate and deliver marketing activities, conduct training initiatives, and communicate product improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with industry professionals to stay up-to-date on market trends and product developments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry and its products
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Experience in managing a team or holding a supervisory position
