
Pet Care Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the success and growth of our business.
- Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, leading and motivating a high-performing team, overseeing site operations when necessary, maintaining site-based social media pages, assisting with staff training and guidance, and identifying maintenance, repair or inventory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Must have previous experience leading a team of people
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail
- Time management skills, a can-do attitude and initiative to exceed outcomes and expectations at high quality
- Competent with computer systems with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
