">Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team through teamwork, clear expectations, and consistent delivery of outstanding service.
- Oversee site operations when the Site Manager is unavailable, addressing any issues or concerns and making informed decisions.
- Manage staff, ensuring a clean and safe environment for pets and meeting each pet's individual needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Provide exceptional customer service through customer interactions, handling enquiries, and managing bookings to leave a lasting impression on customers.
- Maintain site-based social media pages showcasing the facility, engaging with customers, and attracting new bookings.
- Assist with staff training and guidance, identifying areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback, and offering ongoing training opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous paid animal care experience is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome those with a willingness to learn.
- Must have previous experience leading a team of people.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Passion for problem-solving and high attention to detail.
- Time management skills, a can-do attitude, and initiative to exceed outcomes and expectations at high quality.
