About the Rehabilitation Consultant Role

Delivering high-quality vocational rehabilitation services is key to our organization's mission. We are seeking experienced contractors to join our flexible and supportive environment, working collaboratively with our team to make a lasting impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Conduct thorough functional and vocational assessments of clients
  • Develop tailored return-to-work plans, taking into account each client's unique needs and circumstances
  • Provide expert counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries, promoting effective case management and seamless communication with employers, insurers, and health professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, meeting compliance standards and ensuring transparency throughout the process
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or a related field
  • Relevant professional registration with APHRA or ESSA
  • Significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and case management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload effectively
  • A full driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
