Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional and vocational assessments to develop tailored return-to-work plans.
  • Provide guidance and support for physical and psychological injuries, liaising with employers, insurers, and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards in workers' compensation, CTP, and government-funded programs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or a related field.
  • Professional registration with relevant authorities.
  • Significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication and case management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
