Contractor Rehabilitation Consultant – Flexible Locations

Are you a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant looking for flexible contract work with purpose? Join a team that's committed to helping people recover, rebuild, and return to work and life. We're seeking experienced Contractor Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver high-quality vocational rehabilitation services across workers' compensation, CTP, and government-funded programs in the following regions.

Regions
  • Newcastle
  • Coffs Harbour
  • Port Macquarie
  • Lismore
  • Dubbo
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional and vocational assessments
  • Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans
  • Provide counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries
  • Liaise with employers, insurers, and health professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
What You'll Bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy or a related field
  • Relevant professional registration with APHRA or ESSA
  • Significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation with a proven track record as a contractor
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
  • Full driver's licence and own vehicle
