Job Description

This role involves working with clients to achieve successful return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical case management to improve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing workplace education programs for employers and employees.
  • Collaborating with injured workers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists.
  • Providing support across various schemes to assist those with injuries or health conditions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy.
  • Strong time management skills.
