We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Adviser. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in building lasting relationships with clients, delivering tailored financial strategies, and guiding them through significant life moments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust quickly with new clients through introductions from marketing initiatives and senior advisors.
  • Lead discovery and strategy appointments to understand client goals and design customized financial plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through coaching engagements and annual planning appointments.
  • Provide expert advice and sign off on high-level client strategy.
  • Develop and mentor junior advisors to enhance their skills and client service approach.
About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced financial adviser with relevant industry certifications (e.g. FASEA compliance). You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with diverse clients, and deliver strategic and technical financial advice. Additionally, you should have a natural ability to mentor others.
