Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Operations Leader. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial operations strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-growing or established company.
  • CA or CPA qualified, with experience in Big 4 preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero, Shopify, and cloud-based finance tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
