In this position, you will take responsibility for financial control across multiple entities, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with forward-looking strategy. You will provide trusted advice to senior executives, manage investor and regulatory reporting, and lead a small, high-performing finance team.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Delivering statutory, management, and regulatory reporting across the group
  • Ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks are in place and effective
  • Partnering with senior executives on financial strategy, planning, and capital management
  • Providing commercial insights, modelling, and analysis to support growth, investment, and M&A opportunities
  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Driving efficiency and innovation in financial processes, systems, and reporting
