Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide insightful analysis and commentary on month-end reports, lead the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and month-end reporting processes. They will partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Transformation stakeholders, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to senior management in the development of business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive-level audiences
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks within the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging best practices in financial planning and analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience supporting functions in a commercial environment
  • Industry experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Technology or related sectors is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong modelling skills to support business cases
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively
