  • Lead the implementation of performance management, grievance resolution, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to inform workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks, providing expert support and advice on complex HR matters.
