About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to lead our community engagement and fundraising initiatives. As our ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in developing fundraising strategies, particularly in major gift fundraising. You will also possess strong ability to engage and build connections with potential donors, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Create and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies in collaboration with the Director of Development and Community Relations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors.
  • Plan and implement initiatives that keep our school community actively involved.
  • Conduct donor research, manage the donor database, and produce detailed fundraising reports.
  • Organise and coordinate fundraising events and Foundation functions.
  • Assist in researching and applying for grants from potential funding bodies.
  • Ethical Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislation, ethical standards, and the Christian ethos of the School.
