Job Title: Guest Service Manager
">About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Manager to lead our Front Office functions and supervise staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for maintaining guest services and front desk goals, supporting management of the front desk team, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing projects and policies, and supporting human resource activities.
This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work well under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and are passionate about providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and farewell.
- Supervise and manage the front desk team, including training and development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to train and develop staff, including new hires and existing employees.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
