Overview

Front Office Supervisor role at Oxford House, a 55 luxury art-filled boutique hotel in Paddington, Sydney. The opportunity to drive a VIP guest experience and oversee front desk operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and efficient team performance.
  • Take a hands-on approach to managing guest experience through all guest interactions including check-ins/outs, processing transactions, handling inquiries and complaints, and more.
  • Collaborate with other department managers, including Food & Beverage, to create a memorable guest experience and deliver a VIP experience for our guests.
Qualifications
  • Experience in boutique or luxury hotel Front of House Supervisor or Guest Service Agent roles.
  • Hospitality and guest service is in your DNA; you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and able to hit the ground running.
