Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a professional who can champion our South-west Sydney Region and build strong relationships with customers and communities.
About the RoleIn this key position, you will join our team that is doubling down on winning together. You'll focus on delivering outcomes for customers through targeted engagement and by working with our Business Bankers.
Responsibilities- Originate specialist products and services (Trade & Invoice Finance) within a defined coverage region.
- Seek new business opportunities for Trade & Working Capital through conversations with clients and their advisers.
- Identify customer needs and match to appropriate solutions in line with the customers' aspirations and trade cycle via a thorough review of a customer's cash flow performance, budgeted projections, and associated risks.
- Distribute Trade Working Capital capability to internal stakeholders (Bankers/Credit) to increase awareness of our ability to support customers' working capital requirements.
- Broaden awareness of our expertise and specialisation by developing relationships and delivering capability to customer advisors and external stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital with proven relationship management experience.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills actively engaging with clients and bankers.
- An understanding of financial metrics and a working capital supply chain.
- Ability to facilitate presentations to bankers and customers while maintaining a sound operating rhythm.
