We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Regional Manager, focused on driving growth opportunities for First Nations businesses in New South Wales. As part of our national network, you will be based across regional centres and capital cities, connecting businesses to government initiatives and providing valuable insights to policy-makers.
**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will have existing networks with First Nations businesses and stakeholders across NSW, which they can leverage to 'hit the ground running' in this role. You will use your strong relationship building skills to develop and foster cross-cultural networks and manage stakeholder expectations. A high level of initiative and motivation is required, as you will work independently to drive business growth and achievement of outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To provide tailored assistance to help First Nations businesses achieve their goals and navigate government support mechanisms.
- To collect vital intelligence from networks and update relevant agencies in real-time, highlighting changes in the economy, labour market, supply chain health and other industry issues.
