Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by managing a portfolio of customers in regional areas of Australia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills, be self-motivated with an appetite to learn, and possess real estate industry experience. They should also be trustworthy and professional with a positive can-do attitude, and have a consistent record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and has a strong work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers in regional areas of Australia;
- Discover customer utility connection revenue goals, pain points, and processes, offering tailored solutions to maximise revenue for both the customer and us;
- Learn our products and services to better help customers transact for utilities connections;
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner;
- Deliver 5-star customer satisfaction ratings;
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other tools;
- Strategically plan the growth of your portfolio;
- Conduct online meetings;
- Work closely with our field staff team, supporting them with administrative tasks to help enable their success on the road;
- Manage Move Me In's VISA card reward program;
- Create and update Move Me In partnership documentation;
- Manage Move Me In's Member Services inbox, problem solving, working closely with the field sales staff to satisfy general utility connection partner requests;
- Assist with new partnership set-ups, maintaining checklists, and conducting new partner audits.
